Ceramic Window Tint in San Diego
99% UV rejection and IR heat blocking — without reducing visibility or interfering with electronics.
Ceramic vs. standard tint
Not all tint is the same. Ceramic is different.
Standard dyed tint provides some UV block and privacy, but minimal heat rejection. Metallic tints reject heat better but interfere with cellular signals, GPS, and toll transponders. Ceramic tint uses ceramic nanoparticles to block both UV and infrared energy without metallic elements — meaning maximum heat rejection, full signal transparency, and no fading over time.
In San Diego's climate, ceramic tint makes a measurable difference. Premium ceramic IR films can reduce cabin temperature by 10–15°F on a sunny day. That's less A/C load, less fuel consumption, more comfort for rear passengers, and significantly less UV damage to interior leather and trim over the life of the vehicle.
